Welcome to the new Tenyokai International web site for Tenjin Shinyo Ryu Ju-Jutsu.
The Tenyokai International is the official representative of the Tenyokai Japan.
It is headed by Paul Masters Shike, the first ever westerner to hold the Menkyo Kaiden – licence of full transmission- awarded directly from the late Kubota Toshihiro.
The Tenyokai International’s aim and objective is to propagate Tenjin Shinyo Ryu throughout the international community. This style of ju-jutsu is known in Japan as a Kobudo and is one of Japan’s cultural heritages.
It can now be taught and practiced in it’s entirety outside of Japan through the auspices of the Tenyokai International.
